Payment & Shipping Policy

We accept the following payment methods for all orders placed through our website and in-store:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for orders within Raipur city limits
• Cash payments at our store in Raipur, Chhattisgarh

All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Khatri Sweets does not store your card or banking details.

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS. For COD orders, confirmation is sent upon order placement. Please verify your delivery address and contact number before confirming your order.

Local Delivery (Raipur, Chhattisgarh): We offer same-day and next-day delivery within Raipur municipal limits. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.

Pan-India Shipping: We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Delivery to most cities takes 3-7 business days depending on the destination and product type.

Areas Not Serviceable: Certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. If your pin code is unserviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

• Within Raipur: Free delivery on orders above Rs. 500. A flat delivery fee of Rs. 50 applies for orders below Rs. 500.
• Rest of Chhattisgarh: Flat rate of Rs. 100 for orders up to 2 kg. Additional charges apply for heavier parcels.
• Pan-India: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination, displayed at checkout before payment.

All sweets and namkeen are carefully packed in food-grade, tamper-proof packaging to ensure freshness during transit. Gift hampers are packed in premium decorative boxes. We use insulated packaging during summer months to preserve product quality.

• Raipur Local: Same-day or next-day delivery
• Chhattisgarh (other cities): 2-4 business days
• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days
• Other locations: 5-7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons (Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Holi) due to high demand. We recommend placing festive orders at least 7 days in advance.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email. You can track your shipment on our website or the courier partner's website.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our facility. Re-delivery charges may apply. For COD orders, a second delivery attempt will be made within 48 hours.
