1. Our Commitment
At Khatri Sweets, we have been dedicated to quality since 1985. Every product leaving our kitchen in Raipur is prepared with the finest ingredients and utmost care. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
2. Perishable Nature of Products
Please note that sweets and namkeen are perishable food items. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
3. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds
You may request a return or refund in the following cases:
- Damaged in transit: If the product arrives damaged, crushed, or in a condition unfit for consumption due to mishandling during delivery.
- Wrong product delivered: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
- Quality issue: If the product is stale, has an off taste, or shows signs of spoilage upon delivery.
- Missing items: If any item from your order is missing.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Returns and refunds will not be processed in the following scenarios:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products consumed partially or fully
- Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Incorrect address provided by the customer leading to delayed delivery and spoilage
- Customised or personalised gift hampers (unless damaged or defective)
5. How to Raise a Complaint

Please include your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. This helps us process your request quickly.
6. Refund Process
Once your complaint is reviewed and approved:
- Full refund: Issued for damaged, wrong, or spoiled products.
- Partial refund: Issued for missing items proportional to the missing product value.
- Replacement: Where possible, we may offer a fresh replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability and your location.
7. Refund Timelines
- UPI / Wallet payments: Refund within 2-3 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: Refund within 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: Refund within 5-7 business days
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer within 5-7 business days (bank details will be requested)
8. Cancellation Policy
Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Contact us immediately after placing the order if you wish to cancel.
After dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery, and a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
9. Festive Season Orders
During peak festive periods (Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Holi, etc.), processing of refunds and replacements may take an additional 2-3 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
